JA Illustrationss – Photography Agreement/Booking Policy


1. Payment, Deposits & No-Refund Policy

All payments made to secure a booking are non-refundable. Mini Sessions (30 minutes), Graduation, Creative, and Engagement

sessions require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Wedding and Elopement bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit based on the total booking amount. Remaining balances are due on or before the session date. Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason.


2. Image Delivery

Please allow JA Illustrationss a 1-2 week grace period for edits AFTER selection of images


3. Cancellations, Weather & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Deposits remain non-refundable. Weather-

related reschedules will be determined by the photographer.


4. Locations & Outfits

Unlimited outfits and locations are subject to the booked session time. Mini Sessions (30 minutes) are limited to one location and

one outfit. A $30 travel fee applies to areas surrounding San Antonio.


5. Overtime

Sessions (30 minutes). Overtime is billed at $50 per 15 minutes when applicable and subject to photographer availability. Overtime is not available for Mini


6. Additional Edited Images

Additional edited images may be purchased at a rate of $7 per image.


7. Copyright & Usage

The photographer retains full copyright of all images. The client receives a personal-use license only.


8. Model Release

The client grants permission for images and behind-the-scenes video to be used for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the session.


9. Liability

The client assumes responsibility for personal safety during the session and releases the photographer from liability related to

injury, loss, or damage.


10. Minors & Guardian Consent

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them.
